PRESIDENT - Zach
Hello! My name is Zach Kirk and I am a P3 at UHCOP. In my service this year as our SSHP chapter President I hope to give our members excellent opportunities to advance their readiness, leadership, skill set, and networking in terms of clinical and hospital pharmacy. With the coordinated teamwork of our outstanding officers, my major goals entail maintaining the excellency of our various residency preparation programs and expanding our involvement in community service projects. In addition, I wish to provide greater student exposure to the ASHP Pharmacy Practice Model Initiative along with the political advocacy that will carry these advancements into our professional practice. SSHP provides a wealth of opportunity for all students and I encourage each of you to get involved to discover what your future may hold as a practicing pharmacist! Personally, I plan to pursue a PGY1 residency after graduation in ambulatory care, management, or infectious disease. In my free time I love spending time with my loving wife and our marvelous baby daughter.
